Buying wholesale lots: from search to agreement

Find stock that fits your business and prepare a clear enquiry before committing to a purchase.

Define what you can resell

Start with your sales channel, storage capacity and target customers. Write down the categories, acceptable product condition, quantities and delivery location you need. A low unit price is only useful if the assortment suits the people you sell to.

For mixed lots, ask whether you can choose models and sizes or must take the complete assortment. Separate essential requirements from preferences so you can compare offers consistently.

Read the whole listing

Check the available quantity, minimum order, unit price, location and photos. Multiply the unit price by the quantity you intend to buy, then identify costs that are still missing, such as transport or preparation. Availability must be confirmed with the seller before arranging collection.

The seller’s spoken languages and the languages of the listing are different: a translated advertisement does not mean the seller speaks that language.

Send a useful enquiry

Create an account, confirm your email and contact the seller from the lot page. State the quantity you need, your destination and whether you want collection or delivery. Ask for a current inventory and explain any essential condition, packaging or resale requirements.

Follow the conversation in your dashboard. Agree the final goods, price, payment and delivery details in writing with the seller. LOTB2B provides contact and listing tools; the transaction is arranged directly between the businesses.
