Selling surplus stock with a clear wholesale listing
Present your lot so professional buyers can understand the opportunity and ask relevant questions.
Prepare the stock information
Make an inventory before publishing. Record product families, quantities, brands or references where known, condition, packaging and any missing accessories. Decide whether you sell the whole lot or accept a minimum quantity. Use facts you can support with the stock you actually hold or are authorised to sell.
Choose the closest category. A precise title such as “1,200 cotton towels in mixed colours” is more useful than “Amazing bargain”. Explain the assortment and the reason for liquidation without promises about guaranteed resale profit.
Build a complete listing
After registering and confirming your email, add the languages you speak in your profile. Select the original language of the lot, enter its unit price and minimum order, and write the country and city of the goods. Use current photos of the actual lot, including packaging and representative detail.
You can add up to six photos and choose the first image as the cover. Add versions in other languages when useful. Automatic translations, when enabled, should be reviewed before submission, especially numbers, product references and condition descriptions.
Manage enquiries and availability
New listings are reviewed before publication. Later edits are also reviewed while the approved version remains visible. Your dashboard shows published and pending lots, incoming enquiries and conversations.
Answer with a current inventory and a clear quotation. Update quantities when stock changes and close a listing when it is no longer available. Do not continue presenting a sold lot as available to attract enquiries.
